in my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with mountain view, queen bed, balcony and that was great. location: the hotel was so close to the supermarket and restaurants as well as the center. it also was near to airport.
I had extremely limited breakfast; it could be better.

The staff at the hotel were really helpful and respectful, making me feel very welcome. the location was great, close to a hypermarket, Trabzon Javaher mall, Migros supermarket, several coffee shops. the Wheelchair Accessible room had great lighting and a beautiful mountain view, which was fantastic.

I had a great experience at this venue. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the airport. The services provided were excellent, such as the room service and car hire.
